If we haven’t met yet, my name is Desiree and my superpower is to help people connect to others, and to themselves.

My need for authentic, sometimes messy, profound human connection has led me to this moment. And if you stumbled upon this page, chances are that’s exactly what you need too.  

I am a community maven and people connector. From introducing you to long-lasting strategic partners to getting your organization to embrace the power of community engagement, I’ll work the magic of my network for you. Because I know that when the right people come together with common values and a desire to make an impact, sparks fly. 

As an social entrepreneur and business consultant with 15+ years experience, I now help countless sleep-deprived entrepreneurs get unstuck with one conversation -- sometimes it’s just about looking at a situation from another angle, which is one of my gifts. And speaking of gifts, I excel at helping you unlock yours. 

My entrepreneurial journey started by operating some of Montreal’s most bustling nightclubs and scaling them through savvy management and good-old fashion people skills. And after making a lot of other people money, I decided to choose me and walked away from the “empire” that I helped build in search of myself and essentially more authentic connection.

In 2016 I Co-Founded Les Lilas Society - a story sharing platform and community inviting folks to slow down, connect and practice emotional intelligence. It was through this experience (and with the support of my community) that I found truth in my own story and discovered the power of compassionate conversations.

So if you are craving a non-judgemental ear to help you get through a big transition and reconnect with yourself, I see you. I’m here to be your sounding board and trusted ally, whether we’re solving a stressful operational problem or you’re in need of an emotional cheerleeder. I’ve been called the person you call when you don’t know who to call, and I don’t take that lightly.
